Interior has been remodeled including farmhouse kitchen sink, butcher block countertops, dishwasher, large bathroom, washer/dryer, and new furnishings. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the dock or explore the cove on stand-up paddle boards included with rental. Other amenities include wi-fi, 55" Smart TV, charcoal grill, and fire pit.

This is the perfect spot, close to Seneca, but away from highly trafficked areas. Great for a working adult and quiet enough during the day for someone working third shift to sleep.

Close to Clemson, I- 85, Lake Hartwell, and Anderson. My 2023 Wildwood 28vbxl CAMPER sits in my driveway which is also home to Freedom Fences, a non profit animal rescue. This is a working farm so people are always milling around. Well behaved, housetrained animals allowed but must be crated if left alone. Great spot for Clemson football. 25 minutes to Greenville. 10 minutes from downtown Anderson. Less than 7 miles to Garrison arena. NO Smoking! If you are high maintenance, don't book!

At the Pendle-tin, you’re close to everything while still enjoying a quiet, tucked-away setting on the west end of downtown Pendleton. Just 5–8 minutes from Clemson’s Death Valley and two blocks from shops and restaurants. Lake Hartwell is about 5 minutes away and the mountains are an easy day trip. Our 3 bedroom house is located on Lake Hartwell and is just a 15 min drive to Clemson University. You can enjoy access to the dock and beach which are a quick golf cart ride away. We have paddle boards on the dock and kayaks, coolers, bagged ice, fishing poles etc upon request. Off the back of the detached garage there’s a furnished screened-in deck with a grill that overlooks the end of the cove and fire pit below.
