The only shared space is one common door that splits access to the business from the upstairs apartment.

Owners live in main house on property with their very friendly dog, Poppy, 2 barn cats, and 5 free-range hens.

It's adjacent to a city bike trail that links to the Pumpkinvine nature/bike trail. It's close to a train crossing (with whistle) and a busy street.

This apartment offers all the comforts of home with two bedrooms, a pullout sofa bed, large kitchen, living room and bathroom. This retreat provides a chance to unplug and do things together.

Studio for one non-smoker. Our usual guest is a busy academic, intern, medical worker or other professional. Located on the second floor of an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. Memorial Hospital 3 blocks, Notre Dame 2.5 miles, downtown 1/2 mile. 8 minutes to SB Airport and 80/90 Toll Road.
