The private guest suite comes equipped with a queen bed, double-size pull-out couch, air mattress and many essential amenities. Grab a quick bite to eat or a cup of coffee in our stocked kitchen. Please, no pets. However, there is a sweet dog living on the property.

From the reclaimed barn wood beams to the open iron staircase you'll have the comforts of home while simultaneously enjoying modern amenities in an upscale and luxurious atmosphere.

We have a 1000 sqft two bedroom basement apartment ( 12 steps) with a separate entrance, full kitchen, with a gas fire place and one bathroom. Ten acre farm with cows, dogs, goats and chickens. Collect the fresh eggs from the hens and feed the animals. Yellow Springs is near by. Buck Creek State Park and lake is within a 10 minute drive. Bring your boat we have plenty of parking available. No parties are allowed on this property!
