Xenia Dr provides direct access to the main highways, making most of Dayton reachable in 30 min or less.

One block off Tipp City's Main Street and a half-mile from Tipp's historic downtown shopping district. Note: we are close to a fire station, so you may hear occasional sirens.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space only 2 miles away from the Rose Amphitheater, new Bucee's and 10 minutes from downtown Dayton. Spacious backyard equipped with 113 jet hotub and a firepit. The sunroom is a great spot to start the day with complementary coffee/creamer. Complete with 4 Tvs and a computer. Cottage at Fairwinds

Welcome to Fairwinds Cottage! You will be staying in the cottage that is attached to the back of our 1902 home. We are located in the historic district, one block from the square in charming downtown Troy, Ohio. You will find great restaurants and shopping, as well as a variety of hiking and biking trails nearby. There are two dedicated parking spaces for guests. Troy is on a train route and trains are required to blow their horns for safety.
