Welcome to Evans Lake Waterfront in Irish Hills! This lake retreat features a private beach and is minutes from Wampler's and Sand Lake. Perfect for family getaways, you can relax or enjoy water activities. The spacious two floor home sleeps up to 10 guests. Just 55 minutes from Metro Detroit, you’re close to the Michigan International Speedway and a winery with concerts three nights a week. Unwind with a beach bonfire under the stars. Currently there is no boat access for guests on Evans lake.

Relax with the family at this peaceful place on Wamplers Lake with extensive lakefront property to enjoy the lake. Lake is very ideal for swimming/sunbathing/boating with a sandy bottom- ideal for children. A dock is present if guests choose to bring a boat/ Jet ski or float toys. Parking can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Lakefront seating includes 1 large 10ft picnic table/ large wooden swing, 2 tanning chairs, 1 additional 3-person swing and 5 single chairs. Charcoal grill/firepit available.

Wake up to views of the surrounding fields, take a walk in our garden or enjoy relaxing in our gliders on the porch. Located between Hillsdale and Adrian - only 10 miles for Adrian College, 17 miles from Michigan International Speedway and 22 miles from Hillsdale College. Owner lives right next door and is available for any assistance needed.

Our Italian apartment boasts a lovely view of downtown Tecumseh! Charming, comfortable and private! Queen size bed with crisp linens, full kitchen with basic cooking/eating necessities. Guest controls heat/air. This space functions as an "Inn", so there will be no personal items on the premises and it is meticulously cleaned after each guest. Walking distance to cheese shop, dining, farmers market and more! Secure private entrance, free parking

Lakeside Paradise with Priceless Views

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and open floor plan. Enjoy the sunrise from the bedroom balcony. The water views are priceless whether you are enjoying them from the dining room, the dock, or the master bedroom. Cook out on the grill and entertain on the patio for a meal. Evenings are cozy around the firepit or the fire table. There are two bedrooms and a bath up and a queen pull out and a full bathroom down.
