Welcome to LuckyUs farm! Great location four miles from TIEC, sightseeing, waterfall hikes, antiquing, shopping or just being lazy. Property is fenced and gated. There is parking. Fully appointed kitchen, washer dryer, separate bedroom, fireplace in the living room and a hot tub on the porch with views out to horse pastures and sunrise. Nestled in horse country, we are 15 miles, 20 minutes from TIEC, 5 minutes from downtown Tryon or Landrum and 3 miles from FENCE. Located across the street from the Historic Block House the cottage was built to house horses and jockeys for the Block House Steeplechase. Completely renovated, it has a bunk bed with 2 full size mattresses, an eat-in kitchen with hot plate, toaster oven and microwave, WIFI and cable TV. Coffee and bottled water are provided. Dog friendly.
