Welcome to our 1-bedroom, pet friendly cottage on the river in Waterville, Ohio! There is a queen bed as well as a large "L" shaped sofa that sleeps 2 comfortably. It abuts a 12-mile-long nature trail that winds along the river for hiking & biking. We have 12 cottages & a VW Bus campsite so let us know if you need additional accommodations for friends or family. Free use of kayaks and canoes to explore the beautiful islands. It covers over 9,000 acres with opportunities for wildlife photography, bird watching, hunting, and fishing. We're located within an hour of many locations!

Downtown Tiffin is at the end of the street where you will find many local shops and eateries.
