This spacious interior is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We are located 2 miles from the World Equestrian Center, 3 miles from Lake Cowan, 2.3 miles from Majestic Springs Golf Course, 6.5 miles from Wilmington Air Park, and 7 miles from Robert's Center. This house has a new HVAC system.

General Mitchel Historic Home in Downtown Lebanon

Ormsby Mitchel was a Major General during the Civil War, and this was his home. This updated historic home was built in 1814 and is in the heart of downtown Lebanon. Local shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Easy access to local attractions like Kings Island and the Miami Valley Casino. Just two blocks from downtown and a 10 plus mile paved walking/bicycle path in back yard. Few minutes drive to World Equestrian and located within a hour drive to several major cities.

The English Cottage - Enchanting, 1 block to town

Possibly the most charming home in Yellow Springs, one block to downtown. No expense was spared in restoring and renovating this 1800's cottage, with charming iron pane windows, original wood floors, screened porch, and fireplace. We lovingly renovated the kitchen, bathrooms and upstairs ensuite bed and bath. Two queen beds, luxurious linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen with Viking range, stainless steel appliances, & marble countertops. Not suitable for children under 12.

Creek Cottage

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Just minutes from the Nutter Center, WSU, Wright-Patterson AFB, USAF Museum, and I-675 to I-70 & I-75. Beavercreek has great people & dog parks, small businesses (including a fabulous paper crafting store & bakery that addresses dietary restrictions...and it's delish!), and bike/walking paths. Downtown Dayton and UD are ~15 minutes away. Come relax and recharge for your next adventure!

Cozy Cottage on bike /walk trails & kayaking

Perfect for Business and Pleasure this home is a perfect location-to so many areas of the city depending where you want to go. Walking the park trails or biking it. Kayaking / golf 9 or the driving range 2 min walk. Ham. Co bike trail will take you as far as you can pedal and great places to stop along the way (3 breweries) yet only 15 Minutes from the City a perfect green space to stay and get anywhere you need to go.
