This house however is slightly more in the country so more room to breathe. I have local and international art on the walls including many of my own pieces. I love the local art and music scene and would be happy to give you insider tips on where to go. You can have complete privacy or I am willing to interact/chat.

Just up the way is Woodfin Riverside Park, located directly on the French Broad River with waterside benches and a pedestrian path. You'll be so close to water activities such as floating, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing during the warmer months.

The front porch is perfect to let your pet wonder. It is able to be fenced in. Perfect also if you have a little one. The space comes with apple tv, which will allow you to stream any service you may have. We have included netflix and prime video, so you have something to watch. :)
