The property is set on a private plot with landscaped gardens, a swimming pool, and various outdoor living areas. These include a covered summer kitchen with barbecue, grill, bar, and seating areas, as well as a roof terrace with hillside views.

The interior spaces feature a neutral design scheme with natural wood finishes and large glass doors providing garden views. Communal areas include a lounge with U-shaped sofa, a formal dining area for ten, and a fully equipped kitchen with access to the outdoor terrace. A gym is located in the basement.

The villa offers flexible accommodation across six bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1 - Ground Floor: King-size or twin beds, TV, ensuite bathroom with shower, air conditioning.

- Bedroom 2 - First Floor: King-size or twin beds, TV, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, access to private terrace.

Adults can complete this on behalf of a traveling child between 14 to 18, but must provide their relationship to the child. Check-in to the property may be declined if the requested information is not provided prior to arrival.

Please note that check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance. The exact villa address will be shared 48 hours before arrival for security reasons.
