I'm a chef. I'm in the process of opening my own restaurant and host pop-ups throughout the city under the name addo (addo.tocktix.com). I'm pretty quiet and like listening to music. Food was fantastic! No doubt about the quality. However, we didn’t get the experience we expected, rather sat at a simple table for two in an almost empty restaurant space. No story to be told but just the ‘this is...’ by the staff as they sat the plate down. We barely knew what they were saying half the time. Never met the chef. A bit more expensive then what we received.
