We are Kai and Bev. We love San Diego and can't believe we get to live here. We have traveled extensively around the world. Kai is Norwegian and we love to visit family in Oslo and Drammen. Florence is a favorite city. But we come home to Pacific Beach and ride our bikes down to Woody's on the boardwalk for coffee and breakfast. We usually vacation one week per year downtown San Diego. This Airbnb had bikes boogie boards and beach towel/ chairs available to guest! Highly suggest taking advantage! A beautiful greenbelt on the beach with cute shops and good restaurants is only 8 min bike ride from Airbnb! The place itself was clean cozy and as described. Hosts were very responsive, check in/check out was simple, and environment was friendly and quiet. Would recommend for your next vaca in San Diego:)

Quiet, Peaceful little airbnb in a gorgeous neighborhood.

Kai was a great host and made sure to welcome us upon our arrival :) Letting us use the beach towels and bikes was a really nice touch that helped make the stay even better. Parking was easy, check-in/out was easy, and the stay as a whole was an awesome experience. Would definitely book with Kai and Bev again!!

Loved this little spot. I was traveling solo for surf lessons at Pacific Beach, and really enjoyed being able to walk straight down the boulevard to my lessons every morning (about 30 minutes). Close to the beach, bikes available, really simple to check in and out, and doable even if you are going to uber or take the bus around.
Kai and Bev were super responsive and helpful with lots of tips and recommendations—Kai even had an extra toothbrush in their backup supplies when I realized I forgot mine at home (and brought it right over at 8pm, total life saver)!
Place had great vibes, very chill and quiet.
Would come back :)
