What a wonderful property this is. Ronald is a lovely host who helped us with everything from restaurant recommendations to a car service from the airport. The property is located in a modern complex fronting a swimmable beach, complete with beautiful pools that both children and adults enjoyed immensely. If there was any mystery about whether our younger children liked the place, it was dispelled on the last day, when it was all we could do to persuade them to leave for the airport. In short, our week at Ronald's property was a memorable experience. We'd happily return again and again.

This place was great. The pictures dont really do it justice. Perfect location close to the marina and restaurants but not to close where its crazy or to busy. The grounds were perfectly maintained, the staff were great and great amenities. It was a private residence with a resort feel. It worked great for us with the unit being separated into really two different units because they are teenagers, but this particular unit wouldn’t be ideal if you have small kids as its not a typical 2 bedroom. Its really 1 bedroom, living and kitchen and then a separate 1 bedroom 1 bath across a gated foyer. Its super secure and all tied in by a huge balcony but not a traditional 2 bed. The balcony was awesome and we used it daily and it tied the 2 rooms together so that was perfect. Great view of the ocean, unit was clean and having housekeeping services halfway through our stay was great. For families with teens, or 2 families traveling together this unit is magical and we will be back

So many highlights about this beautiful place! Every morning we started with a cup of coffee relaxing and looking out at the view of the pool and sea. During the day we swam in the beautiful pool and sea, played pickle ball, walked into town, explored the neighboring towns and in the evening enjoyed so many delicious meals and drinks at the many restaurants. What a wonderful vacation!

We enjoyed our time at Ronald’s condo - what a fantastic host! So friendly and swift to respond. We took him up on many of his recommendations regarding transportation, restaurants, and activities.
The condo is beautiful and peaceful with views of the ocean and the pool area that is lush with greenery. The spacious balcony is an ideal place to lounge, chat, eat, play cards or catch some sun. We used it many times daily.
The resort is A+. We felt safe and the grounds are well maintained. The staff is kind, accommodating and eager to please. Convenient amenities such as restaurants, gym and spa onsite.
We used Uber a lot during this trip, and although you have to meet the driver at the front gate for pick up, it is not an inconvenience at all.
Ronald made it easy for our family of 4 (including 2 teens) as it was our first time in Cabo. We would definitely recommend Ronald’s condo if you are looking for peaceful accommodations slightly outside of town.
