We are located Lower East Side (LES), the quintessential NYC neighborhood. If you’re looking to experience a part of New York City that is more eclectic, real and a little less touristy, then you’ve picked the right spot. The LES is situated in lower Manhattan - close to Soho and Chinatown and a short commute over to Brooklyn. Mediocre but adequate. The photos online make it look a lot larger than it is - maybe the room in the photos exists, but we just weren't assigned to it?

Pros:
- The bed was firm but fairly comfortable
- A/C worked wonderfully
- Located within decent proximity of a couple subway stations
- Fairly clean
- Quick response from customer service
- Great tile in the bathroom!

Cons:
- Floor was gritty
- Room was much smaller than advertised
- Killed 4 (small) roaches in the bathroom throughout the course of our stay
- Bed covered the wall outlets convenient to the nightstands, meaning they were unusable and we had to plug devices in across the room and in the bathroom
