Hi there! Thanks for checking in on me... I am an easy going, detail oriented 20+ year chef, husband and father of 3. My catering company is now 11 years strong and counting! I love what I do and you can see it in our food and service (and reviews). No matter the client, everyone gets the 5 star treatment with me. I am addicted to the sounds "Mmmmm" and "wow" and "Oh my gawd" when it comes to people trying my food... it's my main motivator!
