Place was nice and photos matched the listing. Only issue was the listing displayed 5 hammocks and when we got there, there was only 1. I tried reaching out to the host but there was no response. Also there were some stains on the comforter in one bedroom. Besides these minor issues, we had a good time and there was lots of things to do nearby.

Overall, this was a pleasant stay. However, I would have appreciated greater attention to cleanliness, particularly with the bed sheets and towels. The air conditioning and refrigerator were great, as well as the location to the national park. It would have also been helpful to have an additional roll of paper towels and a few extra trash bags provided.

PROs: Central AC was an amazing escape from the heat. Slept very well in the comfy beds. We made an awesome breakfast with the included cookware. Fridge kept our drinks ice cold. Location is only a couple minutes from downtown JT and a few more minutes to the park. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Roads to and from the location are paved. We loved stargazing from the hot tub and the pups loved the spacious fenced backyard and hot tub deck where they could lounge next to us. Urban amenities, like big grocery stores, fast food, etc. can be found close by in Yucca Valley.

CONs: Backyard didn't quite match the photos. Fit our pups' needs, but could benefit from some maintenance. Wasn't quite as private as we hoped. Neighbors have sightlines of the hot tub, but at night this isn't much of a concern.
