pred 5 dneviAreta is a great and friendly person, the room and apartment was exactly what I was looking for. I know Barcelona well and found it really easy to get into central Barcelona. Only takes about 15 mins on the metro, straight line into Passeig de Gracia.
Felt right home and comfortable in her apartment, the area is quiet yet 10 mins from a lovely stretch of beach which extends all the way to Barceloneta, which you can even walk!
The room is private, compact and clean and exactly what is says on the ad.
Really happy stay!

pred 3 tedniLa comunicación con Areta fue siempre muy buena y muy clara. Fue flexible respecto al horario de llegada y salida y su departamento tiene acceso cercano a varios medios de transporte

september 2025Areta was a very sweet host during my stay. She made me feel right at home and even invited me out with her friend to a beach party (as Barcelona was celebrating La Mercè all week long and having a slew of parties and performances across the city), but I was too tired to join her unfortunately (as I was out doing other activities during the day). There was a small miscommunication around check-in – the listing states 5pm, but she was only available from 6pm on the day of my arrival. That said, she was flexible and met me as I got to the apartment, which I appreciated.
