Not turistic not in the center but in my opinion they make one of the best pasta in Rome. Amatriciana, carbonara, gricia and others. Small, very informal place, very true. Suggestion: take the half portion of different types of pasta and share cause the normal one is giant. Try to belive.

From their menu you can find original recipes of the true Roman tradition all expressed. It follows the Roman tradition and presents typical dishes such as cheese and pepper, gricia, saltimbocca and many others. Fresh homemade pastas, such as desserts. Wide choice of extra menu dishes proposed at the moment. Wine list with a good choice of local and national labels.
