This is one of the best vegan and vegetarian restaurants in Barcelona, cozy, affordable and super close to Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas.

Teresa Carles opened the first vegetarian restaurant in the Catalunya in the late 1970s. She has expanded to have a flexitarian joint - Flax n Kale - and a few quick breakfast, lunch, and juice bar spots - Teresa's. There are Flax n Kale & Teresa's locations in Born, and they're popular with all diets. The original Teresa Carles restaurant has fabulous interior design and the menu will have even the most carnivorous of fellas drooling.
